HŽ Putnički prijevoz organizes Tin-express rides for children again this year. Tin-express runs in the region of Zagreb, Osijek, Vinkovci, Varaždin, Split, Rijeka, Pula and other major cities.
Fun on board Christmas train is guaranteed with children´s songs and popular holiday characters – Saint Nicholas and Santa Claus, who are arriving with big red bags full of gifts. The main character is Snješko the Snowman, who invites you to take an unforgettable ride with him.
Special Tin-express rides for children from kindergartens and children from the early grades of primary school are organized from Monday to Friday.
HŽ Putnički prijevoz organizes Tin-express rides for the citizens on weekends again this year. The journey takes about 60 minutes (except the region of Rijeka). Tickets can be bought at ticket offices at the railway station. Complimentary gift for children included.

Tin-express in the region of Zagreb
Tin-express will run on the route Zagreb Central Station – Dugo Selo – Zagreb Central Station in the region of Zagreb on weekends from 5 December to 3 January at 10:00am and 11:30am. Child fare: HRK 40.00. Adult fare: HRK 30.00.
Tin-express in the region of Rijeka
Train rides in the region of Rijeka will be organized on the route Rijeka – Delnice – Rijeka on 5, 12, 19 and 26 December at 9:30am. Upon arrival in Delnice, children and parents can take part in snow games, the making of the Snowman and snow sculptures. They can also visit the Deer Park, ice rink and the Advent market. Train departure from Delnice: 3:00pm. Child fare: HRK 60.00. Adult fare: HRK 40.00.
Tin-express in the region of Split
Train ride in the region of Split will be organized on the route Split – Kaštel Stari – Split on 13 and 19 December at 9:00am. Child fare: HRK 45.00. Adult fare: HRK 25.00.
Tin-express in the region of Varaždin
Train ride in the region of Varaždin will be organized on the route Koprivnica – Ludbreg – Koprivnica on 20 December at 11:00am. Child fare: HRK 45.00. Adult fare: HRK 40.00.
Tin-express in the region of Vinkovci
Train ride in the region of Vinkovci will be organized on the route Vinkovci – Vukovar Borovo Naselje – Vinkovci on 19 December at 12:02pm. Child fare: HRK 44.00. Adult fare: HRK 22.00.
The Salaj family Christmas story
On Fridays and Saturdays from 5 December 2015 to 2 January 2016, Snješko the Snowman travels to the Christmas story to the Salaj family estate in Grabovnica near the town of Čazma. This year, the estate will be decorated with 1.850 000 lights. You can have hot drinks with fairytale characters and warm up in a large tent. Kids program will be organized, too. Children can spend their time with Santa Claus at the fairytale estate of the Salaj family. Happy Christmas train will be waiting for you until all the lights are lit up!

During the holiday season, HŽ Putnički prijevoz offers 50% off journey to the Ice Park in Zagreb with skating tickets and skate hire at a reduced rate, including 50% off return journeys to the Advent in Split.
In addition, a discount of 50% is granted on return journeys on direct routes Zagreb – Split – Zagreb, Zagreb – Rijeka – Zagreb, Zagreb – Vinkovci – Zagreb and Zagreb – Osijek – Zagreb from 13 December to 10 January.
