We invite you to join us on excursion trains in the RUMOBIL project  - Spring Awakening in Jaškovo April 22 and the cycling race in Karlovac on May 1.

Spring Awakening in Jaškovo April 22

Enjoy a picnic in the countryside, interesting workshops and delicious homemade products. Participate in making strudels, pastries for which the Jaškovo is particularly known.

In September 2016 in Jaškovo a strudel 1479.38 meters long was baked. Given that this strudel was longest in the world, Jaškovo received a certificate of the Guinness World Records.

Departure: Zagreb GK 9:09, Karlovac 9:49, bus transfer to Jaškovo

Return: Ozalj 17:13, Karlovac 17:38 , transfer to another train: Karlovac17:38, Zagreb GK 18:32

PROGRAM

• 10:30 to 14:30 making straw sculptures
• 10:30 to 13:30 - tasting of local juices, making natural cream, strudel, Sales of products from the local farm.
• 12: 00-14: 30 lunch (optional)
• 15:00 official end of making sculptures, photography
• 15:15 departure by bus from the Jaškovo to Ozalj, Visit Ozalj and Heritage Museum (3rd exhibition of lace 16:30, optional)

The package price between Zagreb GK - Jaškovo / Ozalj - Zagreb GK is 50 kn, and from Karlovac - Jaškovo / Ozalj - Karlovac 20 kn.

Children under 6 years of age travel free of charge.

Bike race in Karlovac on May 1

Spend a day riding the bike and explore the countryside.

Departure: Zagreb GK 8:12, Karlovac 9:06

Return: 17:28 Karlovac, Zagreb GK 18:25

PROGRAM

• 8:00 to 10:00 registration in front of "Karlovacka banka", distribution of coupons for a contest and shirts
• 10:00 start of the cycling race
• 11:00 arrival at Grdun, restaurant Papalina - food (beans) and drinks free of charge, contests, entertainment
• 13:30 bike ride back to the city of Karlovac
• 14:30 to 15:00 scheduled return to Karlovac

The package price from Zagreb - Karlovac - Zagreb is 50 kn, transport of bicycles included.

Children under 6 years of age travel free of charge.

In case of bad weather, excursion train and bike tour will be postponed.
