If you need help when travelling by rail, we kindly ask you to inform HŽ Putnički prijevoz or HŽ Infrastruktura at least 48 hours prior to the intended date of journey.
If you do not notify us of your journey in a timely manner, all reasonable measures will be taken to ensure you are given assistance required at train stations and during your journey.
