Trains to Rijeka

Ticket purchase
Passengers can purchase a ticket for a sleeping car, couchette and seating carriage. Bikes are allowed onboard (you will be charged 1.99 EUR / HRK 14.99 for bringing your bike on board).
Tickets for 40% off are purchased at HZPP ticket offices. They will soon be available online. Reservation is mandatory in seasonal trains. A reservation fee is charged 1.06 EUR / 7.99 HRK. Special offer is not available for distances shorter than 25km.
Passengers that chose a journey in a sleeper or couchette pay, in addition to the ticket, a supplementary fare to use a bed or berth as follows:
Tickets for beds and berths are purchased at HZPP ticket offices. Berth tickets can also be purchased online.
In daily trains on the route Zagreb - Split - Zagreb, only folding bicycles can be transported as hand luggage. Bicycles can be transported on direct trains on the route Zagreb - Rijeka - Zagreb.

Reservations for a sleeping car
Passengers who are not able to come to the ticket office in person to make a reservation in a sleeping car, are to send their request to rezervacije@hzpp.hr 48 hours before journey at the latest. Date and route, number of persons and a category of ticket for a bed (1-bed, 2-bed or 3-bed compartment) are to be indicated. Passenger will receive a pro forma invoice via email. Upon payment, passenger will receive a ticket which can be printed or shown to the train attendant on a mobile device display screen.
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
