Train updates

Due to construction works in Slovenia, Austria, Germany and Switzerland, there are changes in the timetable of international trains.

212/158 Zagreb Main station 7:05 AM – Villach Main station 10:56 AM

Due to works on the line, on August 24 and 25, 2024 on the route Zagreb GK – Dobova passengers will be transported by buses that will depart from Zagreb GK at 6:30 AM. Upon arrival in Dobova, passengers continue their journey by train.

159/1259 Vienna Main station 3:58 PM – Zagreb Main station 10:25 PM

According to the announcement of the Austrian Railways, from 4 September to 9 December, train 159 operates exclusively on the route Graz Main station – Zagreb Main station.

Arrival from the direction of Wien Hbf station is possible by train 359 Vienna Main station 3:58 PM – Graz Main station 6:34 PM.

Due to construction works from 29 June to 2 September EC 159 train will depart 14 minutes later from Graz Main station (departure at 6:52 PM).

211 Villach 12:53 PM – Zagreb Main station 5:37 PM – Vinkovci 10:04 PM

According to the announcement of the Austrian Railways, due to construction works between Villach Main station and Jesenice, on 19 August and 9 September 2024, passengers of train 211 will be transported by substitute bus transport between Villach Main station and Jesenice.

237/415 Stuttgart 8:29 PM – Ljubljana 8:25 AM – Zagreb Main station 10:39 AM

According to the DB notice, the following timetable changes will come into effect from 7 August to 12 September 2024 due to construction works between Augsburg Hbf and Ulm Pbf stations:

from 9/10, 10/11, 16/17, 17/18, 18/19, 22/23 and 25/26 August 2024, train 237 will depart 40 minutes earlier from Stuttgart Main station and run on the auxiliary transport route Neuoffingen – Donauwörth – Augsb-Oberhausen
from 24/25 August and 4/5 September 2024, train 237 will depart 90 minutes earlier from Stuttgart Hbf station and will not stop at Ulm Pbf and Goppingen stations. The train will run on the auxiliary transport route Sttutgart Hbf – Backnang-Crailsheim – Ansbach – Treuchtlingen – Donauwörth – Augsb-Oberhausen
According to the Slovenian Railways notice, from August 19/20 to August 31/September 1 the train No 415 will run on an auxiliary transport route via Graz and Spielfeld-Strass, arriving in Zagreb GK at 11.40 am. On the Schwarzach-St. Veit – Villach – Jesenice – Ljubljana – Dobova passengers will be transported by alternative bus transport. As part of the train, the direct wagon from Stuttgart to Rijeka will not run from August 19/20 to September 1/2

236/414 Zagreb Main station 7:38 PM – Ljubljana 10:13 PM – Stuttgart 8:38 AM

According to the announcement of the Slovenian Railways, train No 414 will depart from Zagreb GK at 6.21 p.m. from August 19/20 to August 31/September 1 and run on the auxiliary transport route via Spielfeld-Strass and Graz. On the route Dobova – Ljubljana – Jesenice – Villach – Schwarzach-St. Veit passengers will be transported by alternative bus transport. As part of train 414, the direct wagon from Rijeka to Stuttgart Hbf will not run from August 18/19 to August 31/September 1.
