e-mail reservations for sleeping car

Passengers who cannot come to the ticket office in person to reserve a place in the sleeping car can send their request via e-mail to the address sezonskivlakovi.postelje@hzpp.hr no later than 48 hours before the trip. In the request, it is necessary to specify the date and route of travel, the number of persons and the category of the bed ticket in sleeping car (section with one, two or three beds). When choosing the option with three beds (tourist), it is necessary to specify the gender. The passenger will receive a pre-bill by e-mail, and after making the payment, received a ticket can be printed or show to the attendant on the screen of his mobile device.

Refunds and exchanges of special price tickets are not possible.
